1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "hot jili", "platform" or "site" refers to the website https://hot-jili.cam and all services connected to it. "Member" or "user" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

These terms and conditions apply fully to all services, features, bonuses, promotions and our relationship with users of the hot jili platform. By accessing the platform or using any service, a member is considered to have fully accepted these terms.

If a member was registered under a previous version of these terms before the current terms came into effect, the old terms will be considered void from the date the new terms take effect.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Keeping the account password secure is the member's own responsibility.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To process withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount, hot jili reserves the right to verify a member's identity. A national ID card or other valid identity document may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate at hot jili is 21. By registering, a member confirms they are 21 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately upon discovery and all related transactions will be considered void.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

hot jili currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — by any method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer) are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hot jili offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times, i.e. ৳20,000 in wagers.

Another example: depositing ৳20,200 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳40,200, and ৳2,00,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash under any circumstances.
• Each account may use each promotion only once.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• hot jili reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

hot jili's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is applied at the set rate on the total net loss for that week. For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive up to ৳120 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.6%). Moving to a higher tier depends on the member's activity and participation.

6 Game Rules

Each game or betting section at hot jili has its own specific rules, which are described on the relevant game page. The following general rules apply across all sections:

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless required due to a technical error on the platform's part.
• hot jili will not be liable for any loss caused by a technical error or disconnection.
• For live casino games, the game provider's rules are considered final.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to hot jili's set policy.
• No bet will be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited at hot jili. Engaging in them may result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to gain an artificial advantage over the system through hacking, manipulation or any kind of software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Collaborative cheating or gaining an unfair advantage by colluding with other members.
• Harassing or threatening other members or staff of the platform.
• Betting using a third party's account or transferring funds through a third party.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

hot jili reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process or providing false information.
• Detection of unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• The member themselves requests account closure (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, an attempt will be made to return any legitimate balance to the member; however, any bonus or portion earned from a bonus may be cancelled. Any objection regarding an account may be submitted to the support team.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

hot jili handles the collection, storage and use of members' personal information responsibly. We do not transfer member information to any third party without authorisation. Our platform uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Disruption or delays in third-party payment services.
• Unexpected technical errors or system maintenance.
• Any issue caused by the game provider.
• Loss caused by the member's own error or negligence.

Gaming is inherently a risk. Members are assumed to be participating of their own free will and at their own risk. hot jili does not guarantee any winnings or profit.

11 Changes to Terms

hot jili reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in part or in full at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice before changes take effect, which may be sent via a message on the platform or by email.

Continuing to use the platform after a change means the member has accepted the new terms. If a member does not agree with a change, they may close their account.
